Refund, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy: Your payment for the track day locks in your spot. If you cancel or reschedule 14 days or more before your scheduled date(s), you get a full refund. If you cancel or reschedule between 8 to 14 days before your scheduled date(s) you will lose your deposit. If you cancel between 0 to 7 days before your scheduled date(s) you will lose your entire school fee.

Rain or Shine: We run rain or shine. Most tracks have excellent traction and can be run in wet conditions, besides it doesn't usually rain all day. We'll be there and so should you. If the conditions are so bad we can't run at all or we have to stop, you will get a full or partial rain-check to reschedule for another track day.

Crashing: Crashing can end a rider’s day of track riding. We aren't doctors and can not OK riders to return to track activities if they crash. There are exceptions.

Consecutive Track Days: In the event that you are signed up for 2 or more consecutive track days, you will be responsible for attending both or all days as per our normal cancellation & reschedule policy. This includes but is not limited to personal schedule change, mechanical failure if riding your own bike, crashing, etc.

Payment of Track Day: Your Track Riding date(s) must be paid in full 30 days before the school date(s). If the balance due is not received by this time it may result in a forfeiture of your reserved spot. TR has the right to give this spot to someone else and refund any monies previously paid by you.

Paying for a friend: If you reserve a spot for someone else, with payment on your credit card. You become liable for full payment of the Track Day, for that person, unless another form of payment is worked out with us.

Equipment & Parts Replacement: All riders are responsible for the repair or replacement of your own equipment.

ON TRACK PROCEDURES
Obey all flags as follows:
- Standing Yellow Flag: Caution, incident coming up, no passing
- Waiving Yellow Flag: Caution, incident in the immediate vicinity, no passing until after incident location
- Red flag: raise hand, safely slow down, come back to the pits, (no stopping unless signaled by corner-worker
- Checkered flag: shown at start means last lap, cool off
- Black flag pointed at you: means to take 1 full lap and come in that lap at pit entrance to see starter

- No weaving back and forth to warm up tires, use acceleration and deceleration to handle that taking it easy as many    laps as needed to get your tires warmed up

- Track entrance/exit protocol:
- Exiting track, lift hand and get out of race line a few corners before exit
- Entering track, stay out of racing line and to side of track you are entering from until you are through the first corner.
- if your going to slow down for any reason, please stay out of race line
- if you crash, wait for crash truck to arrive

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED FOR A FEE

- Setting sag on suspension – ($10)
- Video tape you from behind or in front from our racebike for 2 laps and give you a cd of your ride ($25 for 2 laps $115    for full session, Also you must call ahead and pre-register for being video’d)
- Lunch (includes sandwich, chips, desert and drink $10)
- tires (prices coming)
- misc. parts (prices available at the track)
